Brian helped us find and purchase our first home in Encino, CA. He helped us by going over our financial situation and evaluating the benefits and the downsides of continuing to pay rent versus buying. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.

We had the opportunity to meet and briefly work with Brian Stace, and it was an extremely positive experience. Brian had a property listed that we inquired about, and he went out of his way, rearranging his personal schedule, to show us the property on multiple occasions.
